I went looking for a baker to make a custom cake the head baker Gigi told me she was leaving for vacation Me to someone she said came highly recommended. I ended up paying $250 for a cake that look like it was constructed by a two year-old. It was such a sloppy mess. I didn’t even have the guts to present it at my event. I ended up toppling over in the trunk and went to the trash. The cake was supposed to be made for my son’s going away party before police Academy. I arrived to pick up my curbside order at 4:13pm and checked in. 22 minutes pass and at this point I’m extremely concerned so I approached one of the pickup employees and asked if I could get an update on my order, he brushed me off and said “they are working on it” 15 more minutes pass and many cars coming and going, still no order. I tried calling, can’t get through, it took for me to come to the pickup door and say something for them to tell me my order was given to somebody else already and they needed to pick it all out again. Be aware when purchasing coconuts from Walmart, this was nasty , as soon it was opened had gas inside… like when you open a soda. Don’t waste your money. Coconut was old and bad tried the coconut water almost throwed up🤢
