Most ridiculous kfc I’ve ever been to. Not one time have I come here for chicken with chicken actually being prepared. At a KFC!!!! Why aren’t you making pans and pans of it to be sure you’ve got chicken all day?!?!?! 4 in the afternoon and a 20 minute wait for chicken to be ready?!!! Truly hate this place. Just avoid it if you know what’s good for you.. employees will see you standing there at the counter and blatantly ignore you. Won’t even try to help.. in and out of the bathrooms several times and they’ll walk right past you like you’re a ghost. Worst customer service ever.

What a HORRIBLE fast food location… came in to eat CHICKEN at a kfc and they don’t have any ready!!! Apparently driving somewhere else to get it you’d think… 30 minutes+ waiting for CHICKEN to be ready at a KFC?!?!?! What is wrong with this place?!!! There’s only two other customers here!!!!! Lazy slow careless workers. I’ll never come back here.

Never had a bad experience at KFC until today. Ordered an 8 piece with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The condition of the chicken itself is enough to only give it 2 stars. Crush was soggy and falling off the chicken. I pulled it out and discovered the whole bottom of the bucket was full of grease and water. Apparently they got in a rush and just threw it from the fryer straight in the bucket and moisture got it. Also it would be nice to get some silverware since I've asked on 3 different occasions and it hasn't happened yet.

Just left KFC was told 13 minute wait on a pot pie so I ended up just getting tenders, ended up having to wait around 15 minutes for some tenders while 3-4 cars in drive thru drove out and 3 people came inside and all left for 8 chicken tenders and fries??? Pretty upset I paid 30.80 for 8 chicken tenders and had to still wait just as long as if I got the thing I wanted.. then to not get my change back on top of it!...
