This was our first time trying Epic Burger and it was really good. Food was cooked fresh and it sure was delicious. The restaurant itself was very clean. Service was very good with plenty of room to eat and relax. It’s in a great location in the mall and will certainly be stopping in again soon.

We really enjoyed the food at Epic Burger — (Old orchard Mall) everything was delicious! The service was excellent, and Christian and Victoria were amazing: friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We had such a lovely time as a family and truly enjoyed the whole experience. I ordered two classic burgers off of uber eats and both burgers had bacon in it. This is absolutely ridiculous because I only eat halal. Pork is prohibited for religious reasons. I eat the beef from Epic because it is halal, so the staff must be cautious and pay attention to orders. It is the month of Ramadan and I was breaking my fast with this. This is completely unacceptable.
