I stop here a lot because the location is convenient but the drink quality is hit or miss. For example, if you order a matcha there’s a strong chance you’ll get a large cup of milk that maybe met matcha once in a past life.

Nice place, seating inside and out. Good coffee: I had two shots of espresso plus a little water. The flavor was strong, but not that overpowering brew my daughter makes. I did manage to spill it all over the counter....
