I have seen where reviewers have given 1-2 stars and the owner gets defensive. But it is what it is. My sister owns a cottage bakery out of her home. Her cakes and cupcakes taste so fresh and have delicious flavor. Icing is also homemade. So I know what a good comparison is. I got the birthday cake and coconut flavors. Both cakes tasted the same. Usually coconut cake is very moist. Both of these cakes were more on the dry side. It would also be nice if the date on the bottom said what day it was made versus the day it should be taken off the shelf. The icing (in the picture) is very thick. Ici

Was recommended TPC after another local bakery was sold out for the day and made the walk there. Quaint little shop. Everything looked delicious. It was nice not having to interact with anyone else during my purchase but that definitely had its downsides. There were a few side-by-side very similar looking cupcakes who's signage must have been moved around during the day so it was hard to tell them apart, oh well, just choose something else that's not questionable. The storefront is adorable! The cupcakes are beautiful and the display is lovely! I appreciate the honor system checkout and I liked that we could read all of the descriptions a million times and my kids could take ages choosing because I didn’t feel rushed or judged! I almost left however because there Were Bible verses everywhere and Christian music playing. I’m all about freedom of religion but it didn’t feel welcoming for all folks. We purchased 7 cupcakes and got home, put them in the fridge until we were ready to eat. Took them out to thaw only to see mold. Only now did we realize they were at room temp in the store for who knows how long and they have a specific type of frosting that should be refrigerated. We spent $35 on cupcakes we can’t eat now and are just out the money. I would not recommend you come here. In response to owner, I never said all 7 had mold. I said we purchased 7 and we found mold.
