The biggest issue here honestly seems to start with management. Looking through reviews, the owner seems very quick to respond to positive comments, including reviews with nothing but stars. Although the food is usually good, it can take an unreasonable amount of time to make it too you, and I would barely consider this location “fast-food” at certain hours.

I work in customer service. I am a cashier. I have worked multiple places that are fast paced. At no time should you be snarky and disrespectful to a customer. I was on the phone with my partner while they ordered food and the woman manning the drive thru was very rude and snapped at him for asking about a MENU item. The breakfast bowl. Her response is "WE DONT SELL THAT HERE!" In a very very disrespectful tone. To be frank you are very lucky I was not with him and I live out of state. I would have had you fired in a heart beat. i've seen a few other reviews referring to this woman who took my order.. I'm certain of it!. She needs to be retrained and customer service and lose the attitude! Why such attitude right out of the gate? Now on to the food. 1/10 dry biscuits and soggy potato rounds for almost $5.00 ? No thanks! It's wild how each location is drastically different regarding service/ food

The Bojangles in Wilson, NC, was where I stopped for breakfast on my way home from a road trip. The restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly. I don't have breakfast at Bojangles often, so I had to review the menu before ordering. There are many options, and lunch options could be ordered as well. My food was prepared quickly, and I was on my way. I went with the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with bo-tato rounds. Even though the biscuit was good, those bo-tato rounds are a favorite.
