Walked in right at 11:03 . The wife wanted cookies . Immediately after grabbing cookies both the manger and associate said we have fresh ones coming out . I felt those cookies they were fresh as well but the fact they told me and offered the ones out the oven is top tier . That’s true customer service. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I had an awesome experience at Burrito Shak! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. What really made the visit stand out though was the customer service—Maya went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly made my day better. It’s not every day you come across service like that. Hi, I’ve been coming here since you guys opened and really enjoyed the food. Yesterday was my first time going back in a while and to my surprise you guys increased prices which makes sense due to the market, however you guys increased prices but give SMALLER servings and now copy chipotle bowls however the bowls are even smaller than chipotle. If you are going to increase prices you need to also increase the quality or have a good serving size so people get what they are paying for. Let me begin by saying this may be a long post but I LOVE Burrito Shak on a regular day but I do NOT recommend using them for catering. The first time my order was not ready on time but I gave them a second chance… 1. I placed an order for 17 people originally, I was then told to change it to 20 but could not do so online so I contacted them directly and it took me TWO days and THREE levels of management for them to figure out how to edit my order.
