Good food when it’s hot, but expect to wait 15 mins to pick up your order. Very understaffed. Cold burgers are so delicious!! Might as well eat a frozen thaw burger. Not a one off occurrence either. Purchased the Cali XL burger and it looks damn sad! Barely any secret sauce. Stick to the famous Star. Someone please buy my gift card! I’m done!

when i pulled over to the drive through to order food no one greeted. I had to say hello anyone there!!! ordered my food and waited 15 mins to get to the window. there was only 1 car infront of me. I pulled over to the window no greeting or an apology for waiting to get my food. when I came home my order was incorrect when I specifically said no ketchup but it was on my sandwich. I looked inside the store and there were no customers inside. so what went wrong? very disappointed and poor service overall

I came for a steak and egg burrito breakfast,...not available, I can get it at LA area locations but here is one of the places this meal is not available...disappointed. Also the credit card reader is really dirty, hopefully with this somebody pay attention to this details

Until last night and previously one time They used to have good shakes 2nd time now my shake was half full and then all whip cream i asked hey fill thid up gor 6 dollars she said thats how they come. So my 6 dollar shake was worth 3 bucks. See my pic . I am pissed and never going to the location again. I will call the manager today,
