We ordered a 6 piece chicken strip. After 20 minutes, we went back to the counter to find out where it is. There was muttering and shuffling and an implication they forgot our order. When it finally came up my husband asked for the extra ranch we ordered. The guy was going to go back through the register history to see if we paid for it. My husband pointed out that since our food took 20 min out should be free anyway. The guy said there's no free food. We dropped it and left with without the extra ranch. I'm genuinely confused. I've gotten Chili cheese fries many times. However, my daughter went to pick up our food and was told they could only give a side of cheese. I'll attach a picture of what we received, I obviously never would've paid for or ordered it. What's the deal? If I had any idea, I would've ordered something or somewhere else.
