Second time there. Their mix of Japanese and Peruvian flavors are a real treat. The staff is very attentive but unintrusive. At the end of the meal, Eli, one of the managers came over just to say hi. And he recognized us from our last visit which was over a month ago. Love this place!

We had the best time celebrating a birthday and our ten year anniversary. The wait staff was so incredibly friendly and attentive, our server Eli was incredibly personable and helpful with providing recommendations. The management was probably the most friendly management I've had the privilege of speaking with. Enjoyed great conversation with the owner and unprompted he played our wedding song. Will absolutely be back and would highly recommend. To those at Sushi Rosè I say thank you and we'll done.

This place was amazing! The octopus (pulpo) small plate was my favorite. The lomo saltado roll was excellent, basically shrimp tempura with peruvian steak on top really creative and great flavor. Plus the mango cheesecake dessert was also fantastic one of my favorite desserts now. Our server Michelle was the best! And the atmosphere very elegant. Come here often!

Had a wonderful celebration meal at Sushi Rose. The calamari was the best we have ever had. The Tuna Luna Rice Bowl was flavorful and delicious. My husband had the fish tacos which he highly recommends. The Maracuya Margarita was so satisfying. Leslie, our server, was attentive and helpful. The whole evening was special. We definitely will return.
