I’m extremely picky when it comes to seafood and sushi/nigiri, but I had a genuinely pleasant experience with the chefs here at Norigami. I don’t eat anything raw, so I went with all aburi (torched) selections. Here’s what I tried: •King Salmon with Truffle Cream and Miso Sauce •Torched Hamachi (Yellowtail) with Ginger Scallion •Torched Toro with Teriyaki Sauce •Torched Scallop Dobanja •Colossal Shrimp with Cajun Mayo •Torched Wagyu •Torched King Tuna •Isaki Everything was beautifully presented and balanced in flavor. Had to come back to confirm but Norigami is the best sushi we've had the opportunity to taste in Orlando. The fish quality is incredible, no surprise there. However the rice is absolutely perfect. Light and compliments the fish, and isn't at all overpowering. Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgable and made the meal that much more enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

I took my wife here for her birthday because she loves sushi / sashimi and I am glad to say that it is the best sushi / sashimi my wife and I ever had! Everything is so fresh and melts in your mouth, worth of the Michelin rating! The customer service was great, our chef was very knowledgeable, guided us, and open to discussing anything about their food and history. The atmosphere of their booth is amazing, however, the stalls around and the people walking behind does get loud and also conflicting smells from other vendors can seep in a bit, but that I would say that is nitpicking for sure. Norigami didn’t live up to my expectations and I was unfortunately really excited for them. I tried the “More Omakase” option, which is 14 pieces, 1 handroll, and a soup. Throughout the experience, I was hoping for more engagement and friendliness from our chef, but he was pretty nonchalant and didn’t really seem to care about us. The biggest stand-out for me was the torched salmon. It was really delicious. I also enjoyed the colossal shrimp and the wagyu. Their seafood does taste fresh, but most of them weren’t that special.
