This restaurant is my favorite Wendy’s to go to in the area. Marlen was really nice. He provided excellent service. He made sure that my order was made correctly and quickly. Everything was outstanding. 10 out of 10 would recommend, definitely coming back again.

I have nothing negative to say about the food or customer service at this location, but I do want to encourage others to be mindful when using credit or debit cards there. After using my debit card at this location, I later experienced fraudulent charges on my account. Someone apparently obtained my card information, including the front and back of the card, and used it to make unauthorized purchases and transactions. I cannot say for certain where the information was compromised, but I wanted to share my experience so others can take precautions and closely monitor their accounts.

After my last visit at Wendy's in Lakeland I promised myself: NEVER again ! That was just gross ! But I still had some gift cards left ...so I stopped, with really slow expectations, at the Wendy's in winter garden. Damn ! They delivered! Best double Dave ever ! Juicy and hot! It was really good. The cashier was very nice and friendly too ! So I will definitely come back !
