Terrible customer service i went on a sunday to eat with my kids after church expecting a good time like in other places. She hands me the food i ask her if i can eat there and she is bothered and says yes i will let you use MY table. I had 4 little girls and she said we have no platters for you to eat here. No plates. Gave me 4 forks did not make any effort to give me atleast a food plate. Not only that the combination plate brings enough rice for a 5 year old. Usually 2 people can eat from a Chinese combination plate not here. Very little food. They do not treat you to come back. I have nev

Best bbq pork spare ribs I've had yet here in Winter Haven. The Beef Lo Mein is my go-to every time. The chow mein and chop suey are fresh and delicious. My wife and I will shop at Publix and Bealls then get our takeout from here to enjoy at home.

Ordered crab ragoons with my 3 meals and they were dry. Asked if I could bring them back and have replaced and was told by the lady at the front that she couldn't help me and there was nothing she could do. Wrong answer.

Quintessential Chinese food. If you don’t like this place, you don’t have taste buds. Take out is the best, i give the atmosphere a 4 stars since i don’t know if you an dine, but if you can it’s pretty low key, nothing special.
