This is one of the worst franchise locations. The manager and some of the workers are very nice but that's about it. They added a donation to my order WITHOUT even asking so check your receipt before you leave the first window where you pay. They don't undercook the eggs on the egg mcmuffin and I received uncooked oatmeal. They poured hot water over the dried oats and just put it in the bag. They didn't stir it up and allow the oats to cook or anything. When I picked up the cup from the bag, it was full of water. It looked like oatmeal soup. I've ordered oatmeal from Starbucks and Panera Bread

I’m very UPSET AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS if I had time I would have got my darn money back I ordered 2big breakfast with hot cakes and the hotcakes were COLD the hash brown tasted as if it was sitting for a couple hours the biscuits were SUPER DUPER HARD … couldn’t even eat it smh… what a waste of gas and my money idk if I’ll ever return back to this McDonald if this is how they are serving their customers.. I wouldn’t dare serve people food like this and think it’s okay

Last Night we went there to pick up a door dash at 11:45. We waited in line and when we got to the speaker at 12:05 the girl on the speaker said they were closed and when you look online they say it closes at 1 am . I had to cancel somebody there door dash because the employees don’t want to work!!! I called the store to speak to a manager and ask for her name and she said “why do I have to give you my name” and I said because I will be calling in the morning to speak to a gm”she laughed and hung up. I order in the app and picked up in drive through , I ordered a 6pcs nuggets and a Bacon QPC so I get a 4 pcs instead of 6 pcs and my burger was missing the bacon and the meat looks disgusting is like they had like few broken pcs and instead of put one full meat the just grab every pcs and threw it in there. Is my 2nd time buying here and I can guarantee that is my last one. Also I try to contact the store to at least get my money back and they keep hanging up the call.
