First of all, coming into this Shake Shack, they have plants hanging on the lights. In the Shake Shacks I’ve been to, I never saw a delicate, cozy, homey feel like that. Normally I order at the kiosk, because in this day and age it’s the norm. My partner and I were tired because we’re in the middle of a road trip, but I knew I had an offer for a free burger. Got the K Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich and a Popping Boba Lemonade. The sandwich was good, very strong sesame flavor. The lemonade was refreshing.

Very Disappointing This was NOT Shake Shack! I've been to Shake Shack on the West Coast many times and this was not it. First they want me to tip the people making and serving the food before they do their job - NO; no where on the West Coast did I ever see this. This fast food restaurant was dirty, the tables were not wiped, the paint was worn off the door to the back, and the tables were worn out.
