Britta and Riley were great! Pretty much go to Summer Moon everyday. Depends on location here in Lubbock Texas but amazing coffee shop. Brita took my order. I got the blue moon. I still have to figure out all the different variations of what they offer here, but I've been going through the list of coffees here. Great coffee! Great service. If you visit Lubbock, I'd really recommend coming here

Our first impression was how esthetically appealing the inside was. Even got my husband and I a hat each because the little shopping area was adorable and perfectly placed. The barista seemed agitated and annoyed that I wanted to get their app downloaded for points. Was not very friendly to begin with either. My SIL and husband had lattes, my MIL had the spiced chai and I had a dirty honey chai. The three with espresso shots were NOT good and the beans tasted burnt. Which was pretty disappointing.

The shop is nice with comfy seating but it will fill up quick. I got a coffee that the barista recommended to me and it was a nice strong cup of coffee but that's all I could taste. I had them add in their creamer and it didn't make much of a difference. My wife got the cinnamon latte and it could've used more cinnamon flavoring but otherwise it was okay. Not terrible but I don't feel like this is worth the trip out of the way to get.

Our first time here and we loved it! One of the BEST chocolate chip cookies we’ve ever had! Delicious coffee (I got an iced maple praline latte and hubby got an iced latte with 1/4 moon milk and SF vanilla syrup). Very popular spot and we almost didn’t get a place to sit down. Friendly and helpful staff when we asked questions about the menu. For those that are looking for sugar free options, you have hazelnut and vanilla to choose from. Would definitely come back again!

I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years, but as of yesterday I was treated in a way that made me feel like crying. Apparently, during my previous visit, someone complained because my puppy put his paws on the counter. Mind you, I did correct him, he’s still learning, and is otherwise very well behaved. I was told he’s not allowed in there anymore and asked to leave him in the car. It felt like a gut punch. Very harsh. Just one mistake and he’s out forever. He loved going in there. That place actually helped him become more social and come out of his shell, not to mention the pup cups! They could have asked that I not bring him near the counter anymore, but instead they were mean. I simply said okay and walked out. I felt like crying. My puppy helped me get over the passing of my 13 year old daughter. I just think they were really harsh.

I had high expectations and they lived up to them! I tried their Nitro Moon Steamer, a steamed nitro cold brew, which I've never seen another coffee shop do before. I was skeptical but it was SO good! I also got their croissant - muffin pastry which was sinfully sugary but undeniably delicious. Music choice was comfy indie music and the volume was appropriate for the space. The staff were all super friendly but not overbearing and everyone seemed pleasant and happy to be there. I'll definitely be coming back.
