Our favorite local spot for breakfast, coffee, or hanging out. Lots of outdoor seating, and when you can snag a spot inside the comfort and coziness can't be beat. Waffles and phenomenal, and they recently started partnering with a local restaurant for their breakfast burritos which are absolutely delicious. And, there's a bookstore just next door!

their paninis is awesome but i hope the baristas learn how to properly make cappuccino and steam the milk edit: since the owner can’t seem to understand what’s wrong w this cappuccino… cappuccino is made of 1/3 espresso 1/3 steamed milk 1/3 milk foam. the milk should be ~65 degree celsius which is ~150F, otherwise it has burn taste. additionally, the steamed milk should have silky smooth texture (not bubbly crusty). 🙂
