I am a regular patron. I ordered a coffee with 10 cream this morning as usual. It was a slow morning for them customer wise, and after many times of accepting that my coffee order was not correct, their service this morning was the straw that broke the "camel's back" for me. I wish I had checked my coffee before I got home, it was black coffee with most likely 10 sugars stead of 10 cream. I went back for a replacement. When I got home to sit down and drink my coffee it was then apparent that they only poured part of my coffee out and then put cream in it. It still had a lot of sugar in it even

This Dunkin donut is very dirty , about 3 different times they gave me coffee with a dirty lid . Today my coffee had coffee grinds at the bottom of my coffee I’ve never seen any place like this Dunkin’ Donuts before . I take a chance every single time and it’s always something wrong which was more than 5 times. shut this place down . Someone call the health department they need to be inspected

The drive through was empty and yet even with my only ordering a wake up wrap, the cheese was still burnt and the wrap was just thrown together.

This is the third and final time they have failed to complete a simple breakfast task. What is more common than a bagel and cream cheese. Yet they burn the bagel and put minimal smear on one side. Somehow the bagel is incredibly hard and internally soft at the same time. I don't know what happened to this place but several people are behaving with incompetence. This week the bagel. Last week they gave the wrong food. The week before that the food was soapy. I am done with them.
