I haven’t been to this Panera in 2+ years because of a reoccurring issue with hair in my food. Drove by and decided to try again since it’s been a long time. Ordered two Caesar salads and of course, there is a hair in the salad. I drive back to Panera, and go inside where I see multiple employees with hair down to their waists and no hairnets while handling food. I ask for a refund, and assistant manager Elizabeth was not at all apologetic, said hair nets are not required for people handling food, and was incredibly nasty when all I asked for was a refund. Hair was found in my sandwich and I asked for a sandwich without onions and they gave it to me with lots of onions, almost like they were trying to put extra. But the music was kinda a vibe, whoever’s on aux good job but other than that not a good experience. 😔😔
