Stopped at this Wendy’s and knew right away it was going to be an issue. The drive-thru employee didn’t seem to be listening—I had to repeat my order multiple times, and then again at the window, even though it wasn’t busy. When I got my food and pulled forward, I checked the bag and was missing items. I went back through and instead of fixing it smoothly, I was made to feel like I was lying. Also never received a receipt. Got home and the Baconator fries were a joke, barely any cheese and no bacon at all. I understand it’s fast food, but basic accuracy and decent quality shouldn’t be this ha

I usually come to the Wendy’s inside the Pilot in Milford, and every time I hope the service has improved. Today sealed it for me. I was told at the speaker that the drive-through was down, so I placed my order in the app for drive-through pickup. I pulled up, waited about five minutes with no acknowledgment, and was finally told to park and come inside. If the drive-through isn’t available, it shouldn’t be offered in the app. It’s basic customer service. Right after this, I drove 30 seconds down the road to Taco Bell. Complete opposite experience , polite, on point, fast, and professional. T

This is a great place to bring your family and have some fun. Plenty of entertainment for the kids and adults and the food is fantastic.

Mobile app said drive-through was open. It wasn’t. I am disabled and had to walk in to grab my order. BUT, they didn’t have the baked potatoes I had already paid for. Because the drive-through lane was not working, I left my truck there. They had a security guard come out and confront me in the dining room. Guy name was “George.” Rude. Made like it was my fault that they failed on two counts. This business should be closed down.
