The food is good and they're always friendly. So it's not their fault that the manager is ordering cheap supplies. I ordered food for family- about 5-6 folks, so the order was large, and mostly hot. By the time I got home (which is only 7 or 8 minutes away- the lid to my iced coffee was popped completely off so coffee was spilled all over inside the bag. (I put all the food and drinks *Drinks in a 2 spot holder* inside an Insulated reusable tote bag to keep food warm/cold) about half the coffee was still left so I dealt with that.
