Never go to Dunkin. Today just reaffirmed why. We ordered an iced cappuccino and an iced protein banana latte. Before our order even came out, we watched them mess up another customer’s order. Then ours came out, and it was immediately obvious that the drink was not the protein banana latte we ordered. The label didn’t mention protein at all, and it had cold foam on it, which I was pretty sure it wasn’t supposed to have. I asked the shift manager, “Is this the iced banana protein latte?” She said yes. I asked again, “But is it the protein one?” She responded, “You wanted protein milk.” I sai

We come here quite often and the drive thru is always slow. If it’s fast, they forget something. Just today, we were in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. Don’t usually have any issues with the food aside from having to remind them I got a donut. Update from leaving the drive thru, food is cold.

The morning shift manager is ALWAYS rude. In all the years I've frequented this location and she's worked there, I've never seen her smile. She told me the brownie batter donuts were discontinued bc they were a Valentine's only special. I asked if they were just out for the day and she said no, they were gone completely. Funny how I was able to order a half dozen @ the Hwy 92 location minutes later. I'm definitely taking my business to the Eagle Dr. or Hwy 92 location based on her bad attitude and lies.

This review is meant for management- not the sweet lady who served me tonight. I came to this Dunkin and ordered one drink and two food items. I sat in line for about 25 minutes with no other cars in the drive through before I got there. (People quickly stacked up behind me once I ordered) They had one person working alone running everything, and she did not have time to type in orders and got my order completely wrong.
