It is the kind of place where you feel like you could sit for hours with a good book and just relax. The staff was super friendly, and I honestly can't wait to come back for another visit.

Customer service is very hard to come by these days, especially within the younger generations, I’d like to give credit to one younger gentleman who seriously always serves coffee with a smile. a while ago he made me a recommendation on something new to try and it’s now my favorite coffee! And every time I order it, I can tell he’s happy to see that I liked his recommendation. Times are tough, but not everyone loves their job but sometimes a little customer service just goes a long way in the little stops we make throughout our day! Shout out to him.

(previously gave this place a 5/5 and now it feels like the coffee is worse with each visit. dropping off a cliff) Its been over the last last year but the coffee today was my last straw, it tasted incredibly burnt, and watery. Thin. Bagel was great, but It anit worth the 40minute PLUS line. any chance that 1 big dude in back could smile? IDK if he's the owner, but i see him all the time and he looks constantly pissed off. XD
