“Amazing customer service great food great atmosphere”

The food can be a hit or miss, either freshly served and looking good, or weirdly cold and flattened. The dining room wasn’t that great and was somewhat dirty. You also have to be mindful with the fact that homeless people like to chill out here. Their shakes are great but their soda fountain wasn’t working so I had to ask the cashier what drink I wanted.

1. They got my order wrong when there somehow wasn’t a line. 2. The guys during the night shift were genuinely not helpful at all. I was in the drive through and there was a homeless man harassing my car with me and my other female friend in it. It was entirely witnessed by the staff and they genuinely didn’t wanna help at all and I had to speed away when he chose to walk in between the drive through my OPEN car window.

I went through the drive thru at approximately 9am on Friday March 13. I very clearly ordered a breakfast burrito with NO tater tots. I repeated it several times and when I got my order. The burrito had the tater tots on it. That whole thing went right into the trash. I was already back on the road and not able to return to the store.

The night manager is a lier. I told them I had been here for 10 minutes and i got towed. When I went in the Burger King to confront them they said they didn’t call and that tow trucks “come in and tow people all the time” I then talked tot he tow guy and he told me the manager is the one who called. He needs to get a real job and do something g eke with him time
