“Super polite staff and clean restaurant.”

In my job I have to wait on people I don’t want to wait on. But the “adult” thing to do is wait on them and give them good customer service. We were not rude and didn’t deserve to be treated this way. The drive thru person Heidi just decided she wasn’t going to wait on us. After 15 minutes of waiting and every vehicle behind us getting their order I called to find out when we were going to get our order. Someone brought our order out immediately. Heidi is the whole reason for the one star. I wasn’t going to leave a review but at some point you have to be an adult when you don’t want to be. Eve

Everything about this location is terrible from the food to the management i found paper in my big arch meal and this isn’t the first incident my drinks were always water down from not replacing the syrup there’s always something wrong with my order please just stay away from this location for your safety

I find this to be the case at many fast food restaurants in the early mornings.... The employees Park in the primary spots... The service is very slow... And if you're anything other than doordash you can't get an order from 4 to 4:30.

I was getting frustrated by how long it took to get my coffee, but there was this woman, she's a Black woman, I didn't catch her name. But she had a big smile on her face even though it was super busy. She had pep in her step and I really appreciate seeing that hustle while everyone else was just waltzing around calmly during the rush. She was really encouraging to her teammates, she didn't get frustrated, not once, where most would have lost their cool. She sounded southern, referring to people as babe and baby. It was very endearing. Her energy was IMMACULATE! I find most times when I leave
