There was a dark brown hair in my sandwich. I called to tell them I'm coming back for a refund and when I arrived they stated they were not allowed to give out refunds and please leave my number. I said no call your manager. He said the higher ups don't allow them to give out refunds! WTH this wasn't a messed up order there a hair in my food! I had to email corporate to request a refund! This is unacceptable and I will never buy a sandwich from this place again!

I didn't catch the young man's name who was working Wednesday around 5 pm, but he had excellent customer service. I was impressed most by the conversation he had with a young boy, middle school age. He was interested in how the young boy was doing in school and had a conversation about doing well in school. I thought this was great because we need positive role models for our youngsters.

Highly recommend! They have fast and accurate service. They work together to get faster service to the customers. Their restroom is clean except one knob is broken to flush their toilet. Other than that..they deserved all 5***** in all areas.

Always busy understaffed, and the children that they employ don't have basic skills approximately a thirty minute, wait for 1 sandwich they made wrong any way they put lettuce and tomato on my Philly. Cheese steak without me asking. Then, when I brought it back, they tried to pull it off with chunks of cheese coming with it. And I said, if you're gonna pull it off, could I get a refund?
