On the way home from the hospital, my sister and I stopped at Buffalo wild wings for lunch. Although, I didn't catch the name of the hostess, who led us to a corner booths, she was very polite, and welcoming. The place was truly busy as several TVs were on with several NFL football games going. Even then the restaurant was not noisy and we could easily communicate with each other and our waitress. Food came out pretty quick. I was happy to come here it's one of my favorite places to dine. Genuinely disappointed with our server Sophie who was leaning on the counter most of the evening. We saw the food runner more than our server Sophie who only came by the table like twice. Never gave us refills and when we asked her for refills we were asked if they were for here or to go. Rude. As a fellow server I assume we were her last table but goodness it's not like we planned it that way

We went to get a to go order, we got there a little bit before our order was supposed to be done, which is fine. We don't mind waiting a bit. But we did mind waiting 20 mins past when our order was supposed to be ready. So sitting in there for a little over 30 mins. A young man that all the other waitresses were being rude to, checked on the kitchen for our order twice. He was talking to another waitress right in front of us about how it took the kitchen over 5 mins before they could even find our order. This is for Karen(yes her name is Karen, she had nice brows tho). We came in about 7:20. At around 8:10 we finally got our drinks, with a melted (wrong kind) frozen margarita and a flat beer. Karen pours sweet tea all over my four year olds head. Never once apologized for it, but threw napkins in front of her 😂😂😂 Karen decided she finally had time to take our order and the order of the ONLY other table she had. (I’m very observant) She forgot a water for my son so I gave him mine. Around 8:40 we go looking for a manager to find out where our food is. All the sudden our food is ready. Weird
