When I go out to eat, it's always a gamble if I'll be cross contaminated by gluten in full service kitchens. Cava's took extra precautions to make my food as safely as possible. That kind of service and care is appreciated more than some people realize. The food, itself, was delicious. I'll be back.

I absolutely love this place! Literally is so freaking good. My favorite place to eat I probably get it at least once a week. And the staff are the sweetest people. Quan is the GOATTT she’s always so sweet and so kind, she always says hi to me when I come in. It’s always clean and the food always tastes so amazing. I always recommend it to everyone. Have to update the whole thing… it went from my 3-4 time a week spot to my once a month spot. Portions and quality are different every single time. I always get the half and half on the chickens, sometimes I’ll get a full scoop and a half, other times half a scoop (and the spoons are pretty small)… I’d assume one full scoop of each protein for half and half, considering a full portion I always got 2 scoops. They will load you up on the tortilla crisps tho! Mood is always down recently. I used to go in morning and nights, then only mornings because nights was a disaster, and now I rarely go in
