Came to town for a quick visit and met my family at restaurant. Waited over 30 mins but the place was packed and we anticipated wait for party of 7. Once seated we were waited on quickly by our server, Jessica. She was very impatient with us but again- packed place so Im sure she had other tables to take care of as well. Everything started to go downhill when I was not ready to pay when she came by to collect payment. She made a snide comment about I was ‘obviously not ready’ and left. Biggest BWW we've been to! The staff was excellent! So kind and helpful and they were slammed! There was jazz music outside. Such a great setting. Food fantastic as always! We would give this place a 10+

Pour service. Absolutely disgusting with how Andrea handled a bug in a drink.. drink not even 1/4 of the way drank and she claimed they couldnt do anything besides 5 off a $11 dollar drink.

The location is nice. The restaurant was predominantly empty. The waiter did a good job of delivering the management's poor policies. Told us we had to have chips though I couldn't eat them. Finally I said do not bring them to our table. And he said he wouldn't. I ordered an appetizer and boneless wings. The food all came cold. The condiments incorrect. I requested the correct condiments and the waiter brought them. On top of all that I never complained. When the check came and my ice tea was $5.50 I was angry. I've been in 5 star restaurants that had less expensive iced tea.
