I have been waiting for this Dunkin’ Donuts to open forever I would not even a mile from here. I always go to the one on W. 86th St. and let me tell you this Dunkin’ Donuts. It is 5:19 PM right now. Everything is still fresh doesn’t taste old they were very professional . I mean I totally recommend this one over any other one hands-down.

I ordered an egg and cheese croissant but got a croissant with no egg and no cheese! I took a picture with a timestamp because I had already left and when I came back the Indian not so gentleman says “no problem” and refused to give me a refund or remake it. Terrible service. They barely know how to speak English!

Tried Dunkin’s avocado toast for the first time a couple weeks ago so I was so excited to order it again today, but my bread was not even toasted, plus I had to go back for hot sauce that they forgot to give me, and I waited like 8 min at the window for avocado toast that isn’t even toasted :( unfortunately will not be going back to this location
