This is my first time visiting the restaurant, and I immediately felt comfortable with its warm and cozy atmosphere. The HEARTH menu was truly impressive, each dish had its own highlight. I especially appreciated how the chefs focused directly on bringing out the essence of each ingredient. It made the entire dining experience both refined and memorable. The service was excellent, with attentive and enthusiastic staff who were always ready to accommodate all my requests. If the restaurant continues to maintain this level of quality, I believe it will grow even further. I would be more than happy to come back next time.

One of my favorite dining experiences ever. The menu was thoughtful, creative, and delicious. Many of the courses came with a creative little card detailing some of the background of the dish and its connection to traditional Vietnamese’s cuisine. Several dishes really knocked it out of the park including the eel with caviar and the roasted mountain corn. The service was 10/10. Really great art in a modern design. Excellent wine pairing. Chef Quang Dung interacts with diners and gives some more context for the food. After living in New York City for several years, I can assure you the experience here rivals any fine dining in bigger global cities.
