Its a beautiful, quiet, clean environment.. For me the mothers day hightea was a bit of a let down. Made a reservation a week in advance but when we got there, there was no table and we were made to sit outside the toilets while they looked for a table.. And everything was just slow. The service was incredibly slow. High tea was supposed to come with unlimited tea, we only were served 1 cup each and that was it. The hightea plate itself was underwhelming. We then ordered food from the menu.. it took forever. the double cheese burger was good, the salad was good though it came when we had already finished eating. the chips were OK. the chicken schnitzel was too oily. the tbone was cold. background music would have been nice and would have helped us pay less attention to the incredibly slow service. Its a great place if you want to relax and have a good conversation and take pics.. not the best option when you're hungry..

We made a reservation in advance, however, upon arrival, there was no table reserved for us. We had to wait approximately 20 minutes before being seated. After finally getting a table, no one attended to us for about 30 minutes. When our order was eventually taken, the food arrived nearly two hours later. Unfortunately, the food was cold and of very poor quality. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day.

Absolutely loved the food. Ordered a double beef burger, it's probably the best I've had in the longest time. It was juicy and big, couldn't even finish it. Didn't give them 5* for the atmosphere cos when I wanted to have my birthday dinner over the weekend, they wanted to charge me $30 for a photoshoot, and $15 for bringing own cake. Mozambik charged me nothing for both, so went there instead

Service was very slow, I had to ration my milkshake to try not to finish it before the food came😮‍💨. Had to get assistance numerous times from other waiters so that we could be attended to after what seems like our waiter had forgotten us. Took 30mins between receiving bill and then actually paying. Food was not great, way too little salad and basic flavors. The sweet potato fries thankfully were very tasty so there was that at least. Milkshake was fair, nothing memorable, aesthetics are quite nice, outdoor seating was refreshing.

Visited the Bowery yesterday with my family. Food was top notch, i ordered their grilled fish and chips and it comes with a complimentary garden salad. Ambience was perfect and they even had a emmar the violinist serenading the ladies, lol. Service wasn’t as fast as we had hoped it would be, waiting time was over 30 minutes, the waiters seemed a bit understaffed. But overall… but would I go back? Definitely!!! The food and ambience was👌🏾

Very very disappointed - May 24th 2025 I went on a solo date, mainly to see what the hype around The Bowery was all about. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. A young lady kindly offered to keep my groceries at the front so I could enjoy my meal without hassle. The ambiance was calm and aesthetically pleasing, with relaxing music—credit to the person managing the playlist. The environment was definitely a highlight. However, the service left much to be desired. After being seated indoors, my waiter ( tattooed left forearm) handed me the menu and told me to take about 5 to 10 minutes to decide on my order. Unfortunately, no one came back for quite some time, and I had to get up and search for him myself. When my food eventually arrived, pork chop and cocktail was okay (about 15 minutes later), the experience went further downhill.
