The food was good. The group and I were a bit disappointed because the breakfast early riser offered only one slice of toast and no baked beans. We did like that their mugs for tea and coffee were not the usual miniature ones but the regular sized mugs. The service was good. And the mornings seem quiet with plenty of seating to choose from.

Came here for lunch and had the wings n tenders platter and pork medallions. We also had strawberry daiquiris. Staff was polite and nice to us, unfortunately, our chicken tenders didn’t taste correct, so we had to send them back but they were replaced without any problems. Wings were a bit dry but the sauce was great. Service was quick and the place wasn’t busy during the day but I know it gets busy during the night. I definitely recommend this place for their cocktails though:)the daiquiris weren’t too sweet. They were perfect:)

PS Borrowdale is a good spot to land on a Monday or Tuesday evening for a meal and a couple of drinks with friends. The service was okay - they were polite and friendly but a bit slow. The place is pretty chilled, with no loud music, which is great if you want to actually have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. *wink I tried the jollof rice with harissa chicken- a must try! The jollof really does not taste like jollof but it has its own kick to it. I guess there is a Zim version of it then🤣 Chicken was really good (juicy and well seasoned) and so were the roasted veggies hidden under the green salad🤔 (....yea I dunno🤣) The drinks list is also pretty limited after 4pm (ie they only want to sell booze so forget about the milkshakes or smoothies).

The food was awesome. The music was on point! I had a wonderful time. Local celebrities come through! Waitresses are friendly, very helpful staff members who meet your needs. The atmosphere is on fire! I will definitely recommend others and certainly will come back in the near future. I loved the pictures on the wall with Zimbabwe's music artist legends.

Pariah Borrowdale on a Sunday 100% giving chill vibes. Not too crowded so the waiters manage to give you enough attention. Good food, good atmosphere and drinks..done and dusted.
