JONK3R★★★★Pleasantly surprising. Went with a group of lads. Food was delicious, service was polite and prompt. Although not my usual place for a meal and beers as the indoor area is very grungy, the outdoor beer garden is a nice touch (plan for the wind tunnel though). Can see why they’re the oldest pub in town and still thriving.
Shaun Clements★★★★★Popped in to see a band, the cosmic Psychos. Great place and everyone has a good night. They've made it what it once was, a cool old pub for bands.
Eve Seferis★★★★★My friend and I passed this Pub on our way to our AirBnB and we decided to go for dinner there that night. I was craving Italian food so I had to go for “The Midnight Spaghetti” and it was absolutely beautiful! My friend ordered the Thursday night special, a Thai curry I assume and she loved it. The atmosphere was very cozy, chill and welcoming and the staff were fantastic. One of our favourite parts of the night was the live bands. We also spent some nice time at the beer garden, which actually drew us in at first glance. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a Pub with great vibe
Andrew Schulz★Not impressed with the extremely unprofessional conduct of a few staff members at this venue recently. Some staff could benefit with a refresher course on basic customer service, common courtesy, hospitality and dispute resolution. You would think they'd have learnt their lessons after the incident involving trans patrons a few months back, but regrettably, it seems not much has changed. Will not be coming back unless significant changes are made. They cannot afford to lose any more customers than they already have.
