We went to Burgur for the first time tonight for a late dinner. We got there about 845pm, ordered our food and was told we couldn’t dine in because the dining area is closed. I asked if they were closing and she said yes. We waited for our $70 of food and took it home to eat. My loaded Mexican fries are pictured. The laziest guacamole I have ever seen! I checked their website and they don’t close until 11pm so I don’t know we couldn’t dine in. 🤷‍♀️ Won’t be going back- overpriced, very average service and our food was cold by the time we got home 😢

Really unhappy on this occasion. We were waiting more than one hour for our order in store and when we went to follow up, the girls said they are both trainees! They were unable to keep up. They brought food that we hadn’t ordered multiple times (there was only another group of 3 people there and our group of 10) One of the plates of food was brought out with a used rubber glove on the tray and a chicken burger where the chicken was room temperature. After about 1.5hrs there was another lady in the kitchen, in what looked like pyjamas! I don’t know who this lady was. We have concerns about

I’ll definitely be coming back here. All the food on the menu is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly accommodating. But there’s one girl who truly stands out her name is Jane or Jean, something like that. Her smile is so genuine, and she reminded me of my younger days. To that girl, you have a bright future ahead of you.
