Hands down one of the best bánh mì I’ve had in Perth. Freshly baked crusty roll, generous fillings, perfectly balanced flavours, and that crispy shallot topping just takes it to another level. The pork is juicy, not dry, and everything tastes fresh — from the herbs to the pickles. Great value for money and consistently good. This is how a proper bánh mì should be done. Will 100% be back.

Very disappointed in the bahn mi I received today. I used to get these all the time back in the day and they would be loaded up with meat it has been a while since I've gotten 1 so I thought I'd take a friend telling them how good they were boy I was wrong today, I received 7 little pieces of overcooked pork and chicken They were cut so tiny you could barely taste the meat in the bread, Plus, the two boys that were serving in the morning seemed and was acting like they hated their job and didn’t want to be there, Poor service and poor quality of food

Had to go to Mandurah for some work and had a quick stop at this place and best decision ever to stop there. The staff were very nice and quick. Han and Deki were very friendly and also loved their recommendation. Was able to fill our hungry stomach with their Banhmi and fries. And don’t even get me started on their Banhmi unlike the places I went to have Banhmi before, theirs were super filled by super I mean it was loaded, vegetables and meat never had that filled and tasty Banhmi before.
