We visited NOS Bakehouse to try their Japanese Egg Katsu Sando, something I’d never had before, and I was impressed. The sandwich was well executed, with a crisp golden coating giving way to a soft, flavourful egg filling. We also sampled their seasonal Mango Cold Brew, which was perfectly refreshing, along with an iced mocha that struck just the right harmony between chocolate and coffee. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great experience. It’s a spot I’d happily return to.

Had a lovely visit to NOS Bakehouse & Cafe. We tried the Massaman Beef Curry, the Singapore Chicken Curry Bun, and the NOS Toast & Spread with jam, and everything was delicious. The food feels a bit fancy and beautifully presented, but still comforting and full of flavour. The curry was rich and tender, the curry bun was a great twist, and the toast and jam was a simple treat done really well. A special little spot in Dutton Park that’s well worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back.

Visited today and had the prawn/seaweed sando and a sakura foam iced matcha. Prawn seaweed sando was lovely. Great texture and flavour. Bread was soo soft. Matcha was a bit disappointing. The matcha flavour wasn’t very intense and didn’t have that intense green I’d normally look for. Sakura flavour was very delicate and very light. Service was friendly and helpful. Cafe had a cute and cozy atmosphere. Worth a visit if in the area.

I’ve been wanting to check out NOS Bakehouse & Cafe for a while, and I finally had the chance to stop by with my best friend after our hair appointment today. As I expected, there was a line, which I’ve noticed every time I’ve driven past. The cafe was lively, with people coming and going dining in and plenty of takeout orders being placed. We decided to try the Lavender Matcha and the Yuzu and Lime Soda for our drinks, and we ordered Butter and Kaya Toast along with the Creamy Miso Mushroom dish. The Creamy Miso Mushroom was exactly as described—a rich creamy miso sauce with mushrooms, topped
