I went to celebrate Valentine’s Day on Monday, after the official date, as I believe many other people did. This was our second time at Uma, and I chose it because our first experience was truly amazing. However, this time I felt a bit disappointed, as more than four dishes we ordered were unavailable. Considering Valentine’s Day fell on a Saturday and many people couldn’t celebrate on the exact date, I believe the restaurant could have been better prepared to receive customers in the following days. We had a wonderful experience at UMA. The food was of an international standard and the service was next level. It is very hard to find a good ceviche in Perth but UMA satisfies that itch. We did the chef's recommendation which had abiut nine dishes. All were carefully thought out and balanced. The wines that were paired suited the vibe. I highly recommend UMA and will certainly be back.
