Kitchen Insider★★★★

Love this place. The atmosphere was very "aged testosterone" when we visited, but to no disadvantage. Maybe they're attracted to the great team that make this place work. The room has some tasty local art, and the menu will satisfy most of your hunger. The coffee is rocket strong, yet very palatable. Caring, cute and comfy.

As a tourist I Had breakfast this morning. The food was cooked freshly after order with great taste. Coffee was really good. Atmosphere was great with many locals of whom the restaurant boys could name their names readily. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast to brighten up the day.

Had lunch here today. Really good toasties, and the pastries were very nice. The atmosphere was calming, especially being surrounded by paintings.

Wanted to like this more. Chilled out old skool hippy vibe decor. Friendly if a bit slow staff. Simple menu . My partner had a toastie - straight forward. Nice bread. I had what was described as a minestrone style soup, served with buttered sourdough. For $18, the soup was a half bowl of vegetable soup (mainly cabbage). I think I came across one bean. While quite tasty, to call this minestrone and charge $18 for it was extremely poor value.
