Fusion 128 is hands down one of our favourite spots in Mackay for date nights and special occasions, we even celebrated my birthday there this year. What we love most is the variety. Booked over the phone for my wife’s birthday dinner and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. We arrived at our booking time only to be told there was no booking. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes without any service. I eventually had to call a waiter over just to place our food and drink order. Ten minutes later I asked where our drinks were, only to be told they had been forgotten. After finally receiving drinks, we waited another 45 minutes for meals.
