Yesterday I stopped in at Stellarossa for what I hoped would be a good lunch. What I got instead felt more like a social experiment in disappointment. When we walked in, there was no warm welcome, no smile, not even a “Hey, how are you going?” Just a blank stare that lasted a bit too long before we awkwardly asked, “Can we grab a table for two?” The response was a grunt, followed by a vague hand gesture toward the menus. Lousy service. Waited for 15-20mins just for an eggs bene take away. Not busy. 4-5 staff on. No follow up when order was ready. Order was sitting. No apology. Won't be back!
