The moment I walked in, it was almost impossible to resist the incredible aroma and beautifully presented selection of baked goods. I ended up choosing a variety of small cakes and freshly baked bread, and every item exceeded expectations. The quality, freshness, and flavour were outstanding, making it clear why the bakery attracts so many customers. I used to like this bakery much but recently their bread is getting smaller but I don’t mind that, it’s the service. The staff are not welcoming and not even saying thank you to the customers and their tune of voice it’s seems like very grumpy. I think the staff needs customers service orientation. Maybe they are quite complacent of their customer service because a lot of people buy their bread, however, if you don’t improve your customer service it will hit you soon.

I bought a custard tart and saw a mouse running around inside kitchen!! Super scary but I already paid..... The tart is tasteless. I mean no custard taste and very weird texture.
