Its industrial, rustic interiors with high ceilings and warm lighting make it feel cosy but still very “Melbourne CBD cool.” I ordered the Beef Bulgogi Eggs Benedict and WOW. Such a good twist on a classic. The beef was tender and flavourful, slightly sweet and savoury, and paired so well with the perfectly poached eggs. The hollandaise tied everything together without being too heavy. Generous portion too! I left full and happy. Coffee was solid (as expected in Melbourne), and the service was friendly and efficie
