We had to ask for the sauce because they didn't give us any even though it was clearly showed in the menu photo. The female staff members seemed quite unfriendly and didn’t say basic things like “thank you” or “here you go” when serving customers. The food was a bit too salty for my taste. On the positive side, the place was clean.

I was asked to park in the carpark and staff would bring order. The girl that came out had no idea where to find us. There are no visible waiting carparks. The food was mangled in a torn takeaway bag. The burgers were very dry and as a whole not very nice. So disappointing

I ordered one small meal and one large meal, but there was no noticeable difference between the two sizes, despite paying extra for the large. It was disappointing to pay for an upgrade and not receive it. The staff need to check orders more carefully before handing them out. Otherwise, the food was average/fine

$8 for 3 tiny ribs which had clearly been sitting there for way too long. Terrible value. Had to get an $8 box of 8 tenders from kfc next door to make up for the disappointment.
