We celebrated our 6 year anniversary at Bistro Papillon, and it was an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. If you are looking for an authentic, warm, and delicious French dining experience, this is it. We started the night with the French onion soup and the escargot, both of which were spectacular and packed with classic, rich flavors. For our mains, we shared the incredibly tender beef bourguignon (perfectly complemented by sides of smooth mash and greens) alongside the beautifully crisp and flavourful duck confit. I didn't quite like the food. The duck pasta was too salty for my liking while I feel the other dishes were a bit bland. The coffee and the service were both great though. My colleagues liked the beef bourguignon. The place is too packed so a reservation is recommended. It is loud inside which makes it hard to talk sometimes but the design of the place is good.

Had a great time @ Bistro Papillon. Food was spot on, truely French menu to choose from. Vibe was good, bread is excellent with the salted butter. Lighting is dimmed, so prepare your torches. Was full after starters and main. Love the decoration. Could be a touch cheaper xoxo

Exceptional food, authentic French cuisine. Beautiful ambience and venue. Felt like I was back in Lyon. Highly recommend the poisson with Normandy sauce. The whole menu was exquisite.
