Another cafe that I really love is Regiment Specialty Coffee. The coffee is sooo good — smooth, balanced, and easy to drink. But honestly… the atmosphere is what makes this place 100/10 for me. Sit outside if you can. Especially during winter. The lighting hits differently with all the beautiful buildings around, people walking by, the sound of cars, birds singing… it’s honestly so healing. Perfect place to sit, relax, and have long chats with friends for hours. I personally recommend going on weekdays because the vibe feels even nicer and more chill.

Regiment Cafe (just beside Bopp & Tone) 1. Poke Bowl - tuna, avocado, sea grapes, edamame, nori, carrot, chickpea miso, wild rice Review: Big serving! The tuna pieces are really big and they tasted very good! 2. Filled bagel with crisps - wagyu beef, house kimchi, cheese, mayo Review: The bagel was quite hard but the serving was really big! 3. Cold brew - had a lemon piece so it tasted refreshing! Food in Sydney is so expensive! I would say food here is value for money, given that their servings were huge! I wasn't able to try their avo toast since it's only available for breakfast: (

The best coffee shop and vibes in Sydney city center and Wynyard. So good, quick and friendly service staff. I have coffee and matcha latte here almost every work day. Thank you so much team!!

Ordered a licorice, fennel and peppermint tea. Only hot water and a Twinings peppermint tea bag was provided. Paid $5.88. No evidence of the fennel or licorice. Beautiful weather though
