We had a wonderful Christmas lunch at Sailmaker! Although our reservation via Event Brite couldn’t be found initially, the duty manager noticed us waiting and quickly arranged a perfect table for us near the dessert bar...it was nice and quiet, away from the main noise. ​The Food: The oysters and king prawns were exceptionally fresh. The wagyu roast beef and barramundi were both delicious, but the roast turkey (the thigh was so succulent!) was the absolute standout. Absolutely amazing experience at Sailmaker Restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was truly outstanding. A special thank you to Inde — she was so warm, attentive, professional, and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout the whole evening. Her service was one of the best I’ve experienced in Sydney. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant and especially Inde for making our night so memorable. Will definitely be coming back again!

Amazing breakfast @ Hyatt Regency. Customer service was adequate, and the staff were all very lovely. The only complaint I have was the instrumental jazz/ cafe music they were playing, which was drowning the whole room that it became quite obnoxious. Other than the loud music it was a fairly fun breakfast.

Our hotel stays which includes a breakfast at this restaurant. It is a very large restaurant and it was quite busy when we were here during the 2025/2026 New Year period! All the staff were well trained and very friendly and polite. They also worked very efficiently to serve hundreds if not thousands guests on the New Year Day! Breakfast selection was also very good. Five stars for sure. My wife and I were very happy about our New Year stays at this hotel!
