We visited this restaurant and ordered two Mixed Grills. Unfortunately, both servings arrived burnt. We informed the server, who promptly took the burnt dishes away. However, only one Mixed Grill was replaced instead of both. We waited for the replacement, but sadly, the second serving was also burnt, as shown in the photo. We did not return the second dish again. Instead, we had to remove the charred parts of the meat ourselves in order to eat it. We did not take photos of the first burnt dishes because we genuinely did not intend to leave a review. However, after receiving a second burnt ser

My husband and I were out shopping and walking around the city, suddenly craving for pasta. Most of the places at QVB were closed and this was one of the few that was opened, we had a look at the menu and sat down. Service was average, we ordered a pesto pasta and a spaghetti bolognaise. Staff didn’t offer us water until we asked, they didn’t come around to see if we needed more or needed to refill. Pasta were beautifully made, portions are not very big though. Came in for an iced chocolate as it was a hot day. Unfortunately the iced chocolate had no ice and it was warm as the glasses had just been washed and were hot. The first waitress was a lovely friendly Asian girl - the other waitress, wearing a denim dress, was very sulky! Never smiled once and seemed put out when I asked for a glass of ice! We also ordered what we thought was a raspberry cheesecake - turned out it was a rubbery mousse cake. If you are advertising iced drinks, then make them iced. Simple and not hard to do! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially loved Diavola pizza. Even on such a busy day, service was prompt and friendly. The staff checked in often, refilled water, and made sure we were happy without ever making us feel rushed. Highly recommend if you're craving something flavorful, healthy, and satisfying—even on the busiest days. We'll definitely be back!👍👍👍
