Thought I'd try the new menu items as I haven't had Mcdonalds in a while. Prepurchase on the app, so expecting my food to be given promptly however I'm instantly parked for 10mins. I get my food and by the time I get home to eat it, they've given me the wrong nuggets and forgotten the sauce on my burger. Call the store and get told if I cant go back to fix the order they cannot do anything to fix their stuff up. All other fast food chains, including other McDonald's would at the very least offer a voucher. Not wasting my time at this one store when there are many closer that are better.

Its the nearest one from my home so I prefer going there but I always get worst service. Seems they are running the store with lessa than required number of staff members. Always long waiting for drive through. One time there was no one at payment counter. We reached the order collection counter after 15min of wait and then the boy asked the make the payment and then he will start preparing my order. The girl who was taking orders was so rude she was young maybe around 15/16 with just a bun - I went in around 6.20ish tonight on Monday 13th, she was extremely monotoned which maybe she has had a bad shift so far but when we came to the window after we ordered she stuck the card machine in our face without greeting us — once we told her we were paying with cash she rolled her eyes and pulled it away aggressively, she practically shoved the change into my hand and closed the window without saying anything the whole interaction, but she was extremely unwelcoming and you could tell she was anno
