We were very satisfied with the 2 choices and would probably return again before we part from Vienna. Very quiet and peaceful place to enjoy your smoothie, kafee or your Kuchen. Beautiful place.

The service is simply unacceptable — the staff were rude, unfriendly, and showed no respect to the guests. It felt like they didn’t want us there at all. Because of the way we were treated, it was uncomfortable and unpleasant to stay or sit, even though the pastries themselves might be nice. Service is such an important part of the experience, and here it completely ruined the visit. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff properly, because a

Kinda old school vibe. The coffee is decent. The waiter spoke enough English to fill my order. There's an De/En menu that explains the history of this establishment.
